The East Terrace will be a bi-level structure and will be heavily used for gatherings of the Association and other groups. The Terrace will be flanked by the historic Pope building on the left side and the National Academy of Sciences, including the Albert Einstein Memorial, on the right side. To the South, the terrace will also provide one of the many great views of the National Mall and Lincoln Memorial.  The East Terrace will also provide the opportunity  for individuals to buy a brick to show their support of this building project or acknowledge a friend, family member, or mentor.
